RAFTING in Chile
Rafting has gone a long way in Chile since the first foreign travelers introduced it here and few companies adopted it as a business. Today, it is possible to enjoy from a mellow family trip to an adventurous and challenging trip in many rivers in Chile.
We have grown up with it and especially with our long experience working with important companies like Expediciones Chile in the Futaleufú River in Patagonia. It is a company that influenced our way to see the sport emphasizing safety before any other issues.
I would say that whitewater sports took off maybe after The Camel White Water Challenge 2000 that took place in the Futaleufú River where we had an important role organizing and helping.
